Whether you become a long-standing member of the Away Resorts family or you join us for a summer season, there is a thread that unites us all, and that is the desire to delight our guests.

We have close-knit teams at each location who work together and muck in when they need to. So, if you are an accommodation assistant, you will help a guest when they ask for local information, or if you are a Leisure Centre receptionist, you will switch hats when the restaurant gets busy.

Here are examples of roles that could be yours:

Park General Manager

Leads the team on a park, making sure that everything is place for us to deliver delight to every guest, as well as hitting our all-important profit targets.

Leisure Assistant

Qualified lifeguards who have outstanding people skills and help our guests to enjoy a whale of a time down at the pool – in complete safety.

Accommodation Assistant

Makes our guests’ accommodation so clean that it sparkles. So clean that when guests open the door, we can hear them say “Wow!”

Marketing Manager

Brings to life, in glorious technicolour (and solid detail!), the magic of our brand promise. Nurtures and grows the brand, overseeing our brand plans and marketing communications.
