My name is Kitty & I have been a part of the Away Resorts family since 2018. I first joined Whitecliff Bay as a seasonal Guest Services Assistant and have since had two career progressions within the company. I went on to be the Guest Services Assistant Manager for 2 years and have recently been appointed as the Park Services Co-ordinator. I have also completed many training courses with the company such as a Level 3 Apprenticeship and First Aid course.
A day in the life of working as a Park Services Co-ordinator is varied. I could be planning the day for the maintenance team, ordering stock, dealing with our guests and owners or checking units. I like that the role is different and I get to learn new things on a daily basis. I love the fact I can go out on park and get to see the magic of a holiday park whilst checking that everything is fixed and working for our holidaymakers.
I love the opportunities that Away Resorts has given me and that I can use that knowledge to get people excited about working for such a great company on their welcome day.
