My name is James and I am the Guest Experience Manager at the beautiful Tattershall Lakes Country Park. Since joining Away Resorts I been made to feel very welcome, and it’s very clear you are part of a big family.

My role as the Guest Experience Manager is to oversee the experience our guest receive from the arrival on park to the experience the guest receive when using our fantastic facilities. Everyday is very different at Away Resorts, I get to enjoy spending time developing the team and their skills, and further develop my own skills. I also get the opportunity to spend time with our accommodation and maintenance teams checking through the holiday homes our guests will be staying in, and I have to say our accommodation offering is so unique you really wouldn’t think they are caravans!

Away Resorts have exciting opportunities for all team. With a lot of our team starting on seasonal contracts, and with clear goals, training and development opportunities, a lot of them move onto new and exciting roles and become a permanent member of the team.
