It’s cake time!

Monday 27th September 2021 saw our Central Support Bake off to raise money for Mind. We invited our Central Support team to bake (or buy) something delicious for the bake sale and of course eat their way through the day with cakes and biscuits galore.

Each cake slice, cupcake, or homemade baked good was sold for 50p to £1, with a prize for the winning baked item. From salted caramel bites to victoria sponges, chocolate cupcakes, white chocolate brownies, and even sausage rolls, our Central Support office was full of tasty treats for a great cause.

Special shoutout and congratulations to Jess for winning the star baker crown once again, this year with her ‘Sassy Salted Caramel Bites!’
