“I love the family vibe at Away Resorts…”

I started with Away Resorts in March 2018, and in the time I’ve been here I’ve seen the company go from strength to strength. I’m eCRM Manager and look after all things email related – from sending service-related emails to automating customer journeys that give our guests all the information they need prior to their stay with us.

A day in the life of my role varies. One day it could be designing and creating personalised communications, and the next could be segmenting data and analysing statistics. It’s really rewarding directly communicating with our lovely holidaymakers, holiday home owners and holiday home sales opportunities as I am able to embrace our lovely branding and tone of voice!

I love the family vibe at Away Resorts, we are treated like people rather than numbers and our amazing CEO keeps us well informed with regular business updates. We also have an amazing internal communication network to support and cheer each other on!
